Throughout all the years I have lived, and that's quite a few, I've
never even considered "going to a gym" . . . or booking a
"personal trainer".
Recently . . . I had been diagnosed
in the early stages of Parkinson's disease. Good news is that my doctor
tells me I can minimize the damage and even slow down the (progression
of Parkinson's) through improved diet, prescribed drugs . . . and exercising
with a SKILLED TRAINER. How about that? Darlene is expert in every
aspect of her practice . . . She will fit "degree of difficulty"
to your capabilities . . . In the physical sense, my posture is
much improved, I tend not to "wander as I walk", my physical
endurance is much improved and I have finally learned how to breath.
Perhaps even more important is the general sense of well-being Darlene,
through her own efforts, has given me as a gift. . . The renewed confidence,
the certain knowledge that with her help, I'm actually doing something
for myself which will most likely prolong and improve the quality of
my life. . .

Darlene is amazing! I wanted to lose weight and be healthier but I did
not want to give up my life in the process. I wanted to take it

of body fat and over 20 inches and gained strength and muscle in 6 months.
