in 2001. This is an inspiring, unique and effective way
to exercise and care for ourselves. It is a dynamic blend of resistance
work (body weight, free weights, stability balls, etc.), cardiovascular
exercise and traditional and innovative yoga postures! This is truly
a holistic practice as it addresses more than just the needs of the physical body.
The
constant attention to complete breathing and proper alignment of
the spine just like in traditional yoga helps to bring ones body back into balance, calm the mind
and create a sense of peaceful vitality. It is a comprehensive,
healthy and fun way to shed excess body fat, increase lean muscle,
improve flexibility and obtain & maintain a healthy body weight
and mental state.

a customized HIP Fit Yoga Program will be
designed specifically to meet your physical, emotional and lifestyle
